This photo arrived as a direct response to Mazzy's first email.
Notice how there's a block of flats in the background. Suddenly the vision of Oldton as a sleepy country village has been ruptured. There's no reason, of course, why Oldton wouldn't have flats. Perhaps there was a old bit of Oldton and a newer development (Newton?).
