A picture of Oldton school sent to me by my friend Dickie (I claimed to have gone to the same school as The Mekons and he promptly found this picture of where the they were educated;[i]ergo[/i] this must be my school)
The church tower in the background fits in with other church images that I have been uncovering. Seeing it from another angle has helped enormously with the drawing up of the Oldton map.
