The motorway

One theory about Oldton's disappearance is that the town was destroyed to make way for a motorway. I like this image because it shows a motorway in the distance (a bit like the one Mazzy's mum saw). It gives the sense of a green belt that is about to be encroached, and a highway on the edge of town that is bringing bad news with it, just like the railways did in all those old Wild Western movies.
