You mentioned that your dad had died in a red car, a Renault 5 I think you said. You should check out http://www.r5gordini.co.uk.
There's one car in particular that looks like it's been involved in a bad accident, and I notice that the number plate has been deliberately rubbed out. Does it look familiar? I don't suppose you've ever stopped to wonder what happened to your dad's vehicle after he died. Or do Oldton cars just disappear too?
